General sanitation - satisfactory. Front/back handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. Quat surface sanitizer at 200 ppm (spray). All coolers < or = to 4C. All freezers < or = to -18C. All hot-holding units at >60C. Food storage - satisfactory. Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 200 ppm Quat sanitizer. Test strips for sanitizer - available. No signs of pest activity. Random food items (i.e. prepackaged sandwiches, deli meat) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions. Friendly reminder: - Please use the test strips to verify the concentration of Quat sanitizer. - All hand washing stations must be easily accessible all the time.
