Reinspection based on previous inspection report. - Sanitation: Improved. Ensure all display shelving/spillage are being cleaned on a routine basis. (ie: Discounted shelves) Continue efforts to keep the place clean and organized. All/any unused items are to be removed to free up space - reducing clutter and rodent harborages. - Display cooler has been repaired and is functioning properly. - Structurally: Ongoing efforts are required to keep all surfcaes in good repair. - Pest Control: An active rodent control program is required to be maintained within this facility. - Manual dishwashing procedures reviewed.
