- Handsinks equipped with hot and cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Sauces are labelled and stoerd off the floor
- Walk-in cooler measured to be at 4C or less
- Low temperature dishwasher measured to have 100ppm chlorine residual at the plate surface
- QUATS surface sanitizer measured to have 200ppm concentration
