-Follow-up inspection to June 09, 2023. -Bleach sanitizing solution was available in the food preparation area at the time of inspection. -Operator has retained the services of another pest control operator. Hole behind the 2-compartment sink was sealed and the area behind the sink was cleaned. Facility has undergone a thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. -Did not observe foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection. -Raw foods were properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection. -FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 30, 2027. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
