Comments:
-Undercounter coolers (left side): 2 deg. C
*Undercounter coolers on right side are not in use.
-Walk-in freezer: -23 deg. C
-Walk-in cooler: -1 deg. C
-Cold storage units on customer side:
-Upright display freezer: -21 deg. C
-Cake display cooler: 4 deg. C

General Comments:
-Staff demonstrated adequate knowledge of dishwashing in 3 compartment sink. Sink plugs are available
-Quats in spray bottle and dispenser measured at 200ppm.
-Knives and equipment are clean and well maintained.
-Hand sink has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-Overall sanitation is satisfactory
-No signs of pest activity

*Back corner area contains a dishwasher and 2-compartment sink that are not in use. This area is currently being used as storage.
**Remove or organize clutter to enhance cleaning and monitoring of pests.

*Hand sanitizer is available for customers in self-serve area.
**Ensure a sign is posted reminding customers to sanitize hands before self-serving (per Provincial Health Officer order dated July 31)
