Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upper compartment and inner walls of the ice machine has accumulation of mould and other drink-syrup like residue. Operator discarded ice and cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection. Ensure to clean and sanitize the ice machine regularly to prevent mould accumulation.

Ensure utensils are kept in good working condition to prevent physical contamination from chipping.

Routine Inspection conducted:

Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. NOTE: Observed a roll of paper towel outside of the paper towel dispenser. Ensure the roll of paper towel is replenished in the back kitchen hand washing sink.
QUATS sanitizer bottle measured at >200 ppm as per test strips. Test strips available on site.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 72.3C at the plate level.
2 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing.
All the coolers measured at 4C or less. All coolers equipped with food grade thermometers.
Freezer measured at -18 or less
General food storage is adequate (covered and labelled)
Dry storage is adequate
Professional pest control company hired for routine testing.
No sign of recent pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
In-use utensils are cleaned and sanitized when visibly soiled. Please clean and sanitize your in-use utensils every 2 hours even if not visibly soiled.
