General sanitation is good. Hand sink has hot/cold running water and is stocked with paper towels and soap. 3 compartment sink available with Quat used for sanitizing step. Sanitizer bucket readily available with 200 ppm Quat. Cooler temps operating at or below 4 degrees C. No signs of pests. Pest management plan in place.
