Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cream and milk were observed to be stored at room temperature in coffee station. Milk was probed at 7C and cream at 10C.
Corrective Action(s): Operator voluntarily discarded both the milk and cream. Recommended to write on the thermos the time when it should be discarded OR thermos can be stored in ice water bath. Potentially hazardous food when left at a temperature >4C can encourage pathogents growth which could increase the risk of contacting foodborne illness for consumers.
