Observation: Ice scoop stored in soiled container at drive through window
Correction: Ice scoop and storage container are to be washed and sanitized daily. Ice is a food product and when it is dispensed with a soiled ice scoop the ice become contaminated.
Add task to daily sanitation plan.
Corrective action taken, Ice scoop and holding container washed and sanitized at the time of inspection
