Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels available at the handwashing stations in kitchen and washrooms. Operator had placed napkins as a temporary measure.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all dispensers restocked with paper towels and have all handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soapm paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times.

Observation: Uncovered foods observed from the walk-in cooler (fish fillets, chicken, cooked foods). Cooked cauliflowers and fish fillets stored on floor.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all foods are covered with food grade materials to protect from contamination at all times. Ensure all foods are stored at least 6inch off the floor.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
-Dishwashing sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained. Next service in December 2019.
-No evidence of pest activity observed from the kitchen/food storage area.
-General sanitation of the facility satisfactory at this time.

NOTE: Few old/green droppings observed from the furnace room. Picture taken. Ensure to remove these droppings (Use gloves and wet paper towels) and clean the area using bleach solution. Monitor every morning for any new activity.
NOTE: Prep cooler and stand up cooler not in use at this time. No food stored inside of these units.
