Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle noted at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate level. Food contact surface sanitizer spray bottle measured at 50 ppm chlorine as per test strips. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. No recent sign of pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control in place (3 times/year). Permit posted. Operator with valid Foodsafe Level 1 certificate on site. Kitchen ventilation hood cleaning due August 22, 2021; however, the vent appears to be in sanitary condition at this time. Please have the kitchen vent hood cleaned by professional. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions or concerns with this report.
