Corrective Action(s): Noticed the door seal was broken and cold air was escaping through it. A mechanic was called during the inspection. The mechanic will visit the store within 2 hours. Do not store any perishable items until the unit is fully repaired to hold temperature @ 4oC or less. Keep the service receipt. Violation Score: 9
