2. In walk in freezer, bucket of ice cream and metal trays of food stored directly on the ground. Ensure to store all food products on shelving at least 15 cm above the floor to prevent contamination of food.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to store all food products and utensils in a sanitary manner to prevent contamination of food and food utensils. Store scoops in dedicated clean containers and food products at least 15 cm off the ground on dedicated shelving. Correction required today.
