Follow up to inspection report VHUU-D4CQ5K CORRECTED VIOLATIONS: 306 corrected - cleaning has been completed. Ensure the panel above deep fryer (above ventilation hood filters) are cleaned more frequently. 308 corrected - right undercounter prep cooler (cooler #2) measured at 3.7C. - QUATS test strips available on-site. - Donut making machine has been moved to storage until new ventilation hood has been installed and approved by fire department. Reminder to submit Sanitation Plan and Food Safety Plan for the donut making process prior to use. All violations from previous inspection have been corrected.
