Code 306 has been corrected.
Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized. No film and grime noted inside the ice machine.
Flooring in the kitchen area (including underneath cooking equipment, walk in cooler and walk in freezer) has been cleaned to remove grime.
Light covers and fluorescent light bulbs in the back prep area have been replaced.
Change room/ washrooms now tidied up and organized. Ensure to keep these tight area organized.
Ensure to keep premises in sanitary condition by following the cleaning schedule for various areas and items in the kitchen.
