- Dishwasher is operational. 100ppm chlorine detected in rinse cycle. Operator has test strips to monitor chlorine concentration. *Test in the morning prior to opening. min 50ppm chlorine is required. Ensure adequate supply of detergent and sanitizer present at all times.
- Cleaning detailed in previous report has been completed. A significant improvement in the cleanliness of the food premises is noted. This level of sanitation must be maintained. Floors, walls and other surfaces must be kept free from accumulation of dirt/grease/grime.
- Rice cooker has been moved to prep table away from warewashing area.
- Countertop deep fryer unit has been removed from the facility. Electric skillet to also be removed.
*Operator must ensure no grease laden vapours are produced which means no cooking of products of raw animal origin. Condition will be placed on permit as food premises lacks commercial exhaust system and there have been repeated issues with grease laden vapours being generated.
- Actions required by Order have been completed. Closure Order rescinded. Premises may re-open.
