Follow up inspection conducted

Observations During Inspection:
- Cup with handle removed from dry good bins
- Foods observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Rusty shelf has been repaired
- Food Safe Level 1 staff on site
- Food observed covered
- Probe thermometer available
- Accurate thermometers placed in sandwich unit
- Sandwich cooler at 4 C

Outstanding from previous report:
308 - Repair walk-in freezer to prevent cross contamination. Dripping condensation occurring causing ice build up on vent and in containers collection frozen water. Ensure regular service occurs on all refrigeration units to ensure foods are kept in safe temperatures.

NOTE: Ensure kitchen sandwich cooler is kept closed to prevent the heat from stoves from impacting cooler temperatures.
Do not block the air flow in refrigeration units to allow air to flow freely in the unit and keep foods at 4 C or below. Monitor the temperatures of ALL refrigeration units daily
to ensure all foods are maintained at 4 C or below. Have unit serviced if cooler does not maintain 4 C or below.
