Observation:
Mice droppings found under sinks, in back dry storage room, behind equipment and in the upstairs area.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean up all mice droppings and sanitize all food contact surfaces.
- Go through entire facility to seal off any gaps or potential areas of entry.
- Contact pest control for more frequent visits.

Observation:
Back door and it's screen door both still have gaps at the bottom for pest entry.
Corrective Action(s):
Install more solid door sweeps so the gaps are closed for both doors to prevent pest entry.

Follow-up Inspection:
Ensure to keep all food items, packaging material and all equipment at least 6 inches (15 cm) off the floor.
Continue monitoring pest activity and ensure to keep up with pest control. Email pest control reports to health inspector.
Employees informed that facility has undergone an ownership change.
New owners will be in process of gaining health approval for ownership change.
