Hair services ONLY. No other services (no shaving; no eyelash or brow tinting). Barbicide used for combs, scissors, etc. One station - barbicide was recently changed. ***Second station barbicide required changing (hair debris noted) - changed during inspection. Follow directions on label. Clippercide used on clippers (one stylist uses barbicide on clippers) - watch expiry dates (one bottle expired)! Use hot dry for laundry. Hair washing sinks have backflow prevention devices. Hand sink available with hot /cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispenser. Operator states drainage is to a sanitary sewer - ok. No chemical hair straightening. Signature not required. Copy of report to be emailed to operator.
