Corrective Action(s): Move all aforementioned food items to a functional cooler. During rush time, staff may use ice bath to cold hold the food until cooler is serviced or replaced.

Observation: Chicken, beef, cut vegetables, salsa and containers of sauces stored in the sandwich close to the oven measured with an internal temperature of 10C. Staff stated the meats were stored in this cooler from last night.
Correction: Staff discarded the chicken and beef. Move all other food items to a functional cooler. Do not store any potentially hazardous food in this cooler until serviced and temperature verified.
