- 18 packages of Queso Fresco that were boxed and HELD in the walk-in cooler during inspection conducted on July 19, 2017 (Inspection Report DNGG-APETD5) destroyed and discarded at time of inspection. Products were not produced at an approved facility.
- All products offered for sale must be processed at an approved facility. Products must be properly labelled. Product information including the manufacturer's name and contact information, and where the product is processed must be available.
- Contact Fraser Health if you are unsure whether a product has been processed at an approved facility.

- Most of the food equipment that used to be for take-out deli business has been removed from room behind store front. Operator has arranged for old domestic refrigerator to be removed.
*Remove the remaining food containers, tray inserts, and utensils, etc.
