Comments

Improvement noted. A new handwashing/ staff hygiene area installed at the entrance to the savory area. Recommend taking environmental swabs of the plastic curtains surfaces (separating the rooms where open foods are handled and the handwashing stations). Plans are in the works to repair the floor covering of the pastry area which is in poor condition. Records of equipment temperature, sanitizer levels, and metal detector calibration are maintained.
