Comments

Tin foil liners on shelving have been removed. Hand sinks are not blocked. Bleach sanitizer (buckets for wiping rags) were all 200ppm - there were 2 buckets in the kitchen and one in the sushi bar. Door of stand up freezer has been cleaned.
