Remove any item not necessary for daily business and use for storage of food and equipment. Facility does not have enough space to store items that are not necessary for daily business.

- FOODSAFE level on or equivalent Certified staff present during inspection

NOTE: Only one sink plug located by EHO. Find remaining two sink plugs or obtain additional sink plugs. This was instructed 3 months ago. Faciltiy is to obtain additional sink plugs IMMEDIATELY

NOTE: Facility is missing yogurt tracking for yogurt. Facility must produce yogurt making records with controls to continue yogurt making. If facility is unable to provide records facility will be not permitted to produce yogurt at site. Yogurt production involves very specific controls that must be recorded. These records are to be reviewed at each Routine inspection conducted by Fraser Health. Email records to EHO.
NOTE: pH meter on site for yogurt production. Send EHO calibration records. If facility is unable to produce records facility will be directed to cease yogurt production immediately.

NOTE: Facility exceeds 10 seats. EHO to check application form. Any restaurant that has more than 10 seats requires dishwasher. EHO to confirm approval of number of seats with FHA records.
