Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B5DR4G. - Wiping cloths stored in bleach water sanitizer in front and back areas at 100 ppm chlorine. Solutions did not appear to be soapy. - Raw meats were not observed to be stored above ready-to-eat foods - All food was observed to be stored off the floor - Ice machine in sanitary condition. Both ice scoop and ice mallet were stored in a clean container near the ice machine. Mallet was not covered in plastic and appeared in sanitary condition. - Take out bowls are not being stored in bulk food storage containers. Scoops with handles are available and are being stored in sanitary condition outside of containers. - No used wooden skewers observed at time of inspection - Cardboard and newspapers are not lining counter top in main kitchen area - Door seals and handles of kitchen reach in cooler are in clean condition - No pooling water observed within mop sink The following is outstanding: 1. Ensure floor located behind and under deep fryers is properly cleaned. Pooling oil was observed in this area. 2. Ensure door seals located on coolers in front sushi preparation area are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Ensure all hard-to-reach areas are being routinely cleaned.
