Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher reached only 65c for rinse cycle during time of inspection. Dishwasher must reach atleast 71c at dish level for rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Operator ran dishwasher multiple times to reach high temperature required for proper sanitizing cycle. Upon multiple tries, dishwasher reached 72c at dish level for rinse cycle.

SUGGESTION: Ensure to check dishwasher on more frequent basis. Have a technician come in and check dishwasher to ensure it reachs proper temperatures at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Open bags found in dry storage area. This can lead to contamination of food ingredients.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food ingredients are stored in containers with proper lids.

Observation: Back door in kitchen found to have a gap in door. This can lead to the entry of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Install a guard or fix door so that there is no gap in doorway.

Routine inspection.
Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Handwashing station in washroom is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are at 4c or below.
Note: Front display cooler is in operation.
Freezers at -18c.
Note: No hot holding onsite.
Foods are located off the floor in dry storage areas and walk in cooler.
Quat sanitizer found at 200ppm concentration for food contact surfaces.
Sanitizer is labelled and in spray bottle.
Equipment is clean and in sanitary condition.
Overall sanitation has improved from last inspection.
Cleaning schedule is being followed.
Hood vents have been cleaned and are in sanitary condition.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear.
Operator has renewed foodsafe certification so foodsafe certification is valid.
