308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Hot water handle for the handsink does not work. Only cold water is able to be dispensed. Operator is aware of this and has said it is already on order to get fixed. In the meantime, operator has been using the faucet as his 3 compartment sink to wash his hands. Facility is a small 5 seat takeout facility. Corrective Action(s): 1) Repair handsink such that it can dispense hot and cold running water. This MUST be done by the follow up inspection, or further enforcement action will be taken. 2) Do not do any dishes during food prep times. Dishes must be done either before or after food prep, as you cannot wash your hands over any dishes. Correct by: Immediately Violation Score: 9
