Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in spray bottles and from dispenser tested between 0 and 100 ppm quats (closer to 0 ppm quats).
Corrective Action(s): Spray bottles emptied, rinsed, and refilled with a chlorine sanitizer solution (100 to 200 ppm chlorine - 1/2 to 1 tsp. regular bleach per litre of water) to be used in the interim until sanitizer dispenser is in good working order and dispensing sanitizer at the required concentration (200 ppm quats or per specifications on label). Surfaces/equipment including deli slicer resanitized as a precaution. Ensure sanitizer is always available at safe and effective concentrations for effectively killing or inactivating pathogens that may be on surfaces.

Corrective Action(s): It was stated that technician/company has been contacted to have the dispenser serviced. Ensure dispenser is in good working order and capable of dispensing quats at 200 ppm or per product specifications for food contact surfaces. Do not use dispenser until reinspected. Obtain new test strips (previous strips expired; discarded at time of inspection). Date to be corrected by: January 17, 2025.

- Multiple holes have been sealed since the previous inspection. Note: Some holes/gaps still present; holes/gaps should be sealed against pest entry.
- Pest activity appears to be reduced; fewer droppings observed at time of inspection. Ensure areas with droppings are cleaned and sanitized today and monitor for new pest activity.
- Equipment/utensils stored in clean condition.
