Corrective Action(s): Foods labelled keep refrigerated must be stored at/or below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogens and/or the formation of toxins. -Both coolers were at 4C. -Chest freezers ranged from -14C to -18C. -Did not observe any unapproved duck eggs on-site at the time of inspection.
