Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Eight Large Ensaimada Large Brioche buns labelled "Keep Refrigerated" was stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Foods labelled keep refrigerated must be stored at/or below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogens and/or the formation of toxins. Buns were moved to the upright cooler at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A severely dented can of Banana Blossom in Brine was on the shelving area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure stock is routinely checked and foods in poor condition are removed. Food item was removed at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Both coolers were at 4C.
-Chest freezers ranged from -14C to -18C.
-Did not observe any unapproved duck eggs on-site at the time of inspection. If duck eggs are sold on-site, they must be from an approved seller and invoices must be available for review.
-Foods stored off the ground.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
