Freezers (walk-in, retail display units) noted at -18C or below. Random audit of medications and infant formula noted no items past expiry or best before dates. Handwashing sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. QUAT sanitizer bottle noted at 200ppm. Food storage satisfactory. Items are stored at least 15 cm off the floors and protected from contamination. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
