Observation: Large accumulation of dried spilt milk noted in walk in cooler. Food prep room unorganized - currently being used for storage/staff.
Corrective Action(s): Walk in cooler: Remove cardboard. Thoroughly clean flooring - below/under shelving asap. Food prep room: Provide thorough cleaning/organization prior to "any" food prep. Remove all unused/unwanted items to free up space. Clean/disinfect all food contact surfaces.

Currently, No Food Preparation is being conducted on site. Facility "Fee Category" change discussed with on site management! Pending.

- Temperature Control: No concerns noted this date. Monitoring is required to be conducted.
- Manual dishwashing: No Food prep noted on site.
- Three Compartment sink: Quat sanitizer/dispensing units noted.
- Ensure all food contact surfaces are washed/sanitized routinely. (Sign posted) Chlorine bleach to be kept on site at all times.
- Sanitary Facilities: Acceptable.
- Sanitation: Refer to Violation Notes.
- Ensure routine cleaning of "hard to reach areas" (ie: along walls/behind equipment, etc)
- Food Storage: Ok. Monitor expiration dates on all food items. Rotate stock as required. First In - First Out approach is required to be followed.
- Chemical Storage: Ok. All items to be kept separated from food items. (ie: storage shelf)
- Garbage Storage: Ok. All items are to be stored in covered, rodent proof containers.
- Pest Control: Monitoring is being conducted. Pest Control Reports were reviewed!
- Slurpee Machine cleaning/maintenance discussed. Manufacturers directions are to be followed. Servicing program is in place. Drip Trays are to be monitored and cleaned on a regular basis. (ie: Nightly or as often as required.)
- Ice: No bagging of ice onsite for retail sales.
