Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C; Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottles.
- Foods obtained from approved sources. Receipts kept on site.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Facility has been recently treated for cockroaches (June 24, 2022)- confirmed with the technician on phone (B.L) at the time of the inspection. No evidence of pest observed at the time of the inspection. Ensure to keep the floors free of food debris to avoid re-attracting pest back to the facility.

General sanitation level of the facility had improved from the last routine inspection. However, some areas still require improvement. Refer to violations coded above.
