- Construction/renovations completed in accordance with approved floorplan

- Hand-washing stations supplied w/ hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Refrigerator temps < 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezer temps satisfactory
- Dishwasher (low-temp) is now providing > 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer residual
* Ensure to check sanitizes level in the dishwasher daily
- Chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle @ 200 ppm conc.
* Mix 1 tsp. bleach to 1 Litre of water to make a 100 ppm concentration sanitizer solution.
- No sanitation concerns noted
- Discussed pest control options w/ operator.
* Recommend maintaining a pest control monitoring contract w/ professional pest control company to monitor premises for pest activity.
