-Follow-up inspection to August 24, 2022.
-Prep cooler was serviced and was at 4C (top and bottom). Continue to monitor the cooler and service as needed.
-Handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer was available in the kitchen and front service area. Bleach was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices improved. Coolers have been organized and raw meats were stored below ready-to-eat foods (labels have been placed on the cooler shelves). Foods were off the ground and properly protected from potential contamination. Ensure staff continue to store foods in a sanitary manner.
-Did not observe foods being prepared on the floor at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any foods thawing at room temperature or in stagnant water at the time of inspection.
-Cardboard lining has been removed from the shelving units in the kitchen.
-Staff on-site had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 (June 30, 2027).
