Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During inspection noted that handsink was being used as a water bath to cool small containers of sauces.
-Instructed staff to use prep sink for cooling foods.
-Handsinks are for handwashing only. Ensure designated handsink is available at all times for staff to properly and frequently wash their hands.

-High temperature dishwasher measured 72C at plate surface.
-Sanitizer solution measured at 200ppm chlorine.
-Some grease build-up noted on vent hood. Next service date has passed (July 10 2022). *Ensure vent hood is routinely cleaned.
-No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.

-Food items undergoing cooling process observed. Per staff, items were removed from temperature control 1 hour ago. *Ensure foods are cooled from 60C to 20C within 2 hours, then 20C to 4C within 4 hours.
-FoodSafe certified staff on duty. Verified at time of inspection.
-Health permit posted in clear location.
