Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder and freezers -14C or colder;
- Walk-in-cooler was being repaired at time of inspection and was 15C. There were no perishable items found in the cooler.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on platforms, shelves or racks, and non-foods stored separately or below foods.
- No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- Cleaning sink in back had liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- As per PHO Orders the following observations action MUST be taken:
Hand sanitizer must be provided at the self-service coffee station so customers can sanitize their hands prior to handling items.
ACTION: Immediately place hand sanitizer in a dispenser at the coffee station.
Customer observed NOT wearing a mask while in the premises and staff didn't inform them to put one on, nor did they deny them entry. Masks MUST be worn when indoor in public places at all times.
ACTION: Retrain staff to inform customers to wear a mask while in the premises, or deny customer entry into the premises if they refuse to wear a mask.
