Met with owner during inspection and he informed me that they do not have ready to eat food on Saturdays/ Tuesdays. Today, the steam/hot table display is operational and measured temperature at 66C ( internal food temperature ) No new food items served/ still same food suppliers Recommendations: Please ensure that your daily temperature logs are up to date. Bleach used as approved sanitizer Keep your wiping clothes in approved sanitizer at all times
