Follow-up inspection was scheduled for Sep 16, but operator was able to repair the handsink today. Facility's main handwashing station is now adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at adequate pressure. Again, do not use low temperature dishwasher until repaired and approved by the health inspector. Continue with manual dishwashing following the proper method as instructed at the time of the inspection, as well as on the FH poster available on the wall.
