Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer was measured at 50 ppm in spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Spray bottles refilled at dispenser. Solution measured 200 ppm quats. Ensure quats sanitizer is available at correct concentration for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces at all times. It is recommended to obtain test strips to verify quats concentrations.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back area hand sink lacked paper towels at start of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towels provided. Ensure all hand sinks are accessible and fully stocked at all time (hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels) in order to facilitate proper hand washing.
