Observation: Flies still noted on premises. Ants noted in addition.
Corrective Action(s): - Take measures as previously discussed for the flies.

Observation: Screen on the back door in torn and is not capable of keeping out the flies.
Corrective Action(s): - Replace this screen with a proper screen door.

Observation: Some additional cleaning was completed. But deep cleaning in hard-to-reach areas has not been done.
Corrective Action(s): Cleaning required under and around equipment and work surfaces. Cleaning also required in walk-in-cooler.

Observation: Cardboard used to line shelves. Newspaper used to cover food.
Corrective Action(s): Paper products absorb moisture and may get mouldy.
Newspaper is not clean and there may be leaching of chemicals from the paper onto the food.
