Follow-up inspection to verify that pipe underneath the two-compartment sink has been fixed. - Pipe has now been fixed. No leakage of water after two-compartment sink was filled with water, then fully drained - Prep cooler continues to be well organized. No mouldy fruits or vegetables observed Thank you for your co-operation. Reminder that updated food safety plan and sanitation plan must be sent to the Environmental Health Officer by Sept 28, 2018.
