Preportioned tofu, seaweed and edamame stored in the cooler at 4C. 100ppm bleach sanitizer available in the kitchen Rice ladle properly stored in ice water bath. General sanitation improved. Most of the plywood have been sanded down and laminated, ensure all surfaces are adequate for cleaning and sanitizing. No frozen food being thawed at room temperature at time of inspection. Extra dishwashing chemicals supplied onsite.
