Follow up inspection conducted with the presence of one food operator and the owner. - Front display cooler for chicken/beef/tuna sandwiches measured at 2.9C. - Freezer at the back measured -18.3C. - Upright cooler at the back measured at 10C. No perishable food placed inside the cooler. - 100ppm bleach tested in the right side of the 2-compartment sink for sanitizing the utensils and appliances. - Owner FOOD SAFE certificate valid till Jan 2023.
