Gen. -Operator has removed all equipment & foods from facility that require a health permit. -Cooler in facility only storing non perishable items (ie bottled beverage) -Freezer has been unplugged. -Application received operating as a FO. Operator will be looking into applying for a health permit. Until written approval only the following items are allowed: Pre-packaged non potentially hazardous foods, coffee, tea, and instant noodles.
