Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-DCSSYR of Jan-10-2025 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Fridge #2 measured at 7 to 8 C. This unit has been identified in repeated violations by this office. Unit is not functioning, despite repeated repairs. Correction: Discontinue using this unit. Replace unit. Until such time as unit is replaced remove all potentially hazardous foods, including ham (discarded), cheeses, sauces and bacon. Fruits and vegetables ok to stay in this unit. follow up in ten days to review status of unit.

Discussed with staff on site. Staff stated unit not fixed, but food kept in unit...Tested unit in question (fridge 2). Measured less than 4 C. Owner possibly fixed unit when staff not working. Working.
