Following Infractions have been corrected:
-broken rice cooker has been replaced with a new one
-Temporary splash guards in place for all handsinks
-stove vents/hood clean and appears sanitized
-rice wine container labelled and in a safer location
-ice bucket has lid
-bleach sanitizer available in kitchen in all areas -measured at >100ppm as per operator's test strips

Pending Infractions:
-wall next through pass-through window needs stainless steel covering
-handsink next to stove needs stainless steel splash guards -the plastic covers are temporary only
