Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on June 26, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BDGUJG). The following observations were made: Low-temperature dishwasher has been serviced (dispensing tube has been replaced) and has a final rinse chlorine residual of 100 ppm - very good Operator has used a bleach solution to wipe up mould residue in undercounter prep cooler seals. Mould from the two-compartment sink has been removed Thank you for your co-operation.
