Sweets coolers at front turned on - 4C Rodent droppings again found in small amount in dish pit **A small hole was found behind dough mixer. Please fill & check along entire back wall with equipment removed **A leak is occurring in the dish pit. Please find and repair Scoops at start of inspection were not found in product bins. Good Loose lid on prep cooler needs to be prepared. Note: some floor tiles have been damaged due to pressure washing (and regular use). Please have repaired by next routine inspection
