Routine inspection
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. New liquid soap dispensers installed.
- All coolers measured at or below 4C. 2-door freezer measured at or below -18C. Temperature monitoring log is to be maintained updated.
- Raw-Cooked food separation observed in cooler units. All food noted covered in cooling units and food stored in sanitary condition.
- QUAT sanitizer available from dispenser. 200-400ppm QUAT residue detected from the dispenser. QUAT also available in spray bottles. Test strip is to be obtained to verify sanitizer concentration.
- Low-temp dishwasher wash temperature measured at 55 C and chlorine detected at 50-100 ppm in final rinse water. Final rinse water is to be tested daily.
- Dry storage maintained. Food is to be stored above the floor at all times. Recommended to organize the storage and remove unneeded items.
- No sign of pest activity noted at this date.
- Floors noted clean.
