Observed to have cloth towel and bar soap. Correction: Handwashing stations must be equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Correct by: Immediately

Follow-up inspection conducted in response to Report #TCHN-CBJU4Q Droppings still observed at time of inspection. Operator stated clean-up is a work-in-progress. Pest control contacted, visiting monthly Monitor facility for activity. Follow instructions and recommendations from pest control company. Operator has stated no repackaging of product is done on site.
